Boy was I surprised when I opened my latest email from eBay. They just sent me a 10% off coupon. If you have been selling on eBay for any time, you know eBay rarely sends out coupons. Is eBay testing coupons now?

If you are like me, money is very tight these days. The cost of gas and food have shot up faster than a space shuttle going to the moon. So when I opened my email and saw a 10% off coupon from eBay I was shocked and happy. In all my ten years on eBay, I never received a discount from them. So why all of a sudden now? To be honest who cares! Let me just be grateful and save some money.

Since many of other online site offer coupon codes, I think eBay decided it was time they offered them too. I’m sure this is really a test to see if coupons can work on eBay. I think it is a great idea. This will attract many new buyers and allow existing buyer to buy more. I’m sure all the eBay sellers will be pleased too. Especially since this does not cost them a thing.

As with most coupons, this one came with some restrictions.

3. Expired June 30, 2008

Not a bad deal. Especially since I just filled up my pick up truck yesterday and it cost me $92.00. That’s just a tad under what I can save on my next purchase before June 30, 2008. Now I still haven’t used it and more than likely will not. So I’m going to give you all the details you need to do to use this coupon.
